Magnum Comics #12/1992
"Jägaren" kicks off in the scorched wastes of Texas City, where a freighter carrying priceless Liberace relics and unborn Judge clones is ambushed by the mutant gang of Ugly John. Sent to track them down, Judge Dredd is paired with Mean Machine Ängel—once a criminal, now brainwashed into believing Dredd is his dead father. As they battle radioactive sandstorms and the Getgänget, their uneasy alliance leads to Tulsa-smältan, where the clones are held. The truth about Ängel’s past begins to surface, testing Dredd’s resolve in more ways than one. Written by John Wagner and Alan Grant, with dynamic art by Ron Smith, and a striking cover by Cliff Robinson.
In the aftermath of a great catastrophe, the weary soldier Hombre leads a group of refugees from the harsh city toward a rumored sanctuary in the wilds. Young Andres looks up to him, but Hombre remains distant—until a mysterious hunter begins picking them off one by one. When Hombre finally charges the attacker, he finds only a corpse, a stray bullet still warm in the air.
In "Utflykt med Mean Machine," Judge Dredd is forced to team up with the criminally reprogrammed Mean Machine Ängel—now convinced Dredd is his long-dead father—on a high-stakes mission through the Texas desert. Together, they navigate radioactive sandstorms, evade the Getgänget, and race to rescue unborn Judge clones from a mutant gang in Tulsa-smältan, where past and present collide.
In "Datavirus," Punisher and Micro team up to breach Raycom Industries' digital fortress, only to uncover a chilling threat: Microchips' former friend Max E. Mumm has unleashed a deadly supervirus on behalf of a rival gangster. With time running out and the virus spreading through the city's networks, the duo must race to contain the digital plague before it's too late.
In "Giftig vrede," a torped is sent to eliminate "Sockergrisen," a task that suits him perfectly—especially since he harbors deep personal resentment. Breaking into the man's lover's home, he commits a brutal act before devouring the candy, only to die moments later from poisoning. The entire sequence was a trap, set with chilling precision.
In "Earth War del 3," Ripley leads her team to the Aliens' homeworld in a desperate bid to capture the queen. Stranded after their ship is damaged, they face relentless alien soldiers while Ripley fights to secure the queen aboard the ship—forcing the pilot to turn back and rescue the rest of the team.
