John Force, a secret agent with magical powers, must stop the criminal Hatchetman from escaping during a parade in Latonia. The Hatchetman has kidnapped a child and used his magic medallion to hypnotize John Force, but Force breaks free and pursues the villain. When Force loses the trail, he uses a mysterious song called "Ona Laka Marna Fel" recorded on tape to track the Hatchetman's location, ultimately leading to the villain's capture and the rescue of the child.
