Madman strides across this energetic Dark Horse cover, his pale face marked by a lightning-bolt symbol and his blue jacket billowing as he poses against a collage of sketched comic panels bursting with color. Mike Allred's cover art gives the whole thing a self-aware, pop-art vitality that feels perfectly suited to "The World's Snappiest Comic Magazine." Issue #12 also promises a bonus Dr. Robot feature — spotted in the badge at lower right — alongside the main story kicking off "The Exit of Dr. Boiffard, Part 1," with interior work entirely crafted by the versatile Bernie Mireault.
