Madman soars fist-first through a bustling retro cityscape on Mike Allred's kinetic cover for this 1996 Dark Horse issue, his white costume and yellow lightning-bolt cape cutting a sharp figure above traffic-choked streets and a marquee advertising "Red Rocket 7."
