Madman Atomic Comics #15

Madman Atomic Comics #15 closes out the series in striking fashion, with Michael Allred's cover presenting Frank Einstein's pale face adorned with a bold red-and-blue lightning bolt and dark eye makeup — a clear nod to classic glam-rock imagery — against a clean white background.
