Mad #476
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeMAD #476 sends up the tabloid feud of the moment with a full-painted Gone with the Wind parody — "Gone with the Windbags" — depicting caricatures of Donald Trump and Rosie O'Donnell in a swooning romantic clinch set against a fiery orange backdrop, with the cover's own punchline ("Frankly, we don't give a damn!") doing most of the heavy lifting. Alfred E. Neuman peeks in from his usual perch in the masthead, looking appropriately unbothered by the whole affair. Rounding out this April 2007 issue are promises of Borat Dolls, Entourage, and missing scenes from 24 — a reliably packed lineup from the magazine that never met a cultural moment it couldn't gleefully deflate.
