“Plan K-9 from Outer Space”

Halloween has come to Looney Tunes' corner of the universe, and this October 1994 issue sets the mood perfectly with Sylvester — dressed in a Zorro-style mask — cornering a wide-eyed Tweety Bird near a birdcage while exclaiming "I knew I taw a puddy tat!" Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Marvin the Martian peek in from colorful star-shaped frames around the edges, giving the whole cover a festive "Trick or Tweety" flair. It's a cheerful, gag-filled package from the DC/WB Family Entertainment line that captures everything fans love about these characters in one lively scene.
