It's Taz's big 4-0, and the cover sets up the chaos perfectly — the Tasmanian Devil hunches suspiciously over a ticking gift box while Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Sylvester, and Porky Pig gather around a confetti-strewn party scene, clearly up to something mischievous.
