Bugs Bunny finds himself in a precarious spot on the cover of this 1999 DC offering — cool and collected as ever, even as the enormous, wild-eyed Tasmanian Devil looms with jaws wide open around him. Cover pencils by David Álvarez and inks by Mike DeCarlo give the scene a wonderfully manic energy, perfectly capturing the classic predator-and-prey dynamic these two do so well. Inside, writer Terry LaBan and artist Walter Carzon bring a story titled "Femme Fatale" — which promises its own brand of Looney Tunes chaos.
