Rocky and Mugsy are back to their bumbling gangster ways in Looney Tunes #240 (2018), and this time they've apparently acquired a very dapper canine accomplice — a suited, blue-hatted dog who quips about not getting "collared" while the duo clutches a bag of stolen cash and a pistol nearby. Dave Álvarez's cover captures the trio's shady alley rendezvous with sharp, expressive animation-style linework that feels right at home with the classic Warners aesthetic. With Sholly Fisch scripting "Hounded by the Law," this one promises the kind of cheerfully crooked comedy these two lovable lunkheads do best.
