Lobo goes full hellfire preacher on this December 1994 cover, strutting forward in a wide-brimmed hat and flowing cape, cigar clenched in his snarling teeth, while a massive winged skull looms behind him amid chains, weapons, and bullet holes. A bold red-and-gold banner at his feet proclaims "Repent or Be Fragged" — which pretty much sums up the Main Man's theological philosophy. With Alan Grant scripting and Val Semeiks and John Dell delivering that gloriously over-the-top cover art, "Preacher Wars! Part II: Code of Ethics" promises the kind of cosmic chaos only Lobo can deliver.
