Little Eva #20

Little Eva learns it is a leap year and decides to propose to Nipper, explaining that in a leap year it's tradition for girls to propose to boys. Nipper initially seems reluctant, worried about getting his knees dirty, but Eva persists and eventually they become engaged. When Nipper asks where they'll get a ring, Eva daydreams about various scenarios involving wealth and fortune, but ultimately realizes the practicality of their situation may not match her romantic fantasies.
