In "Up For Air," Archie and the gang find themselves back in the earth ship after their strange encounter with the rock people, just as a new message arrives: a shipment of amnesia gas is on the way, set to erase their memories of the underground world. As the ship burrows back toward the surface, the group emerges at the mine shaft, already debating whether the day’s adventure was worth it—Archie, Betty, and Reggie all agree it was dull, while Jughead sums it up with a shrug, noting nothing exciting happened.
