Les Nombrils #3

The third volume of Delaf and Dubuc's hit Franco-Belgian series plays perfectly with its title — "Les liens de l'amitié" ("The Bonds of Friendship") — as the cover shows two grinning girls gleefully pulling ropes that have a wide-eyed, thoroughly trussed-up blonde wrapped up like a gift package. It's a wonderfully cheeky visual gag that captures the series' sharp, comedic take on teenage friendship and rivalry.
