In "Foxy Proxy," Reggie’s scheme to sneak in on a dance with Veronica backfires when he’s forced to play the role of Archie’s proxy—only to find out Midge is already standing in for Veronica. With Moose closing in and his lies unraveling, Reggie scrambles to keep the ruse alive, eventually turning to Jughead for help in a last-ditch effort to keep his cover.
In "Checkmate," Veronica, temporarily in charge of the school paper, launches a behind-the-scenes campaign to block Betty from landing an interview with the wildly dramatic soap opera star Fleming Oddrodd—setting up a battle of wits, gossip, and schoolyard strategy that’s as sharp as it is silly.
In "Perfect Picture," Betty and Veronica stumble upon an older woman down on her luck, her late husband once an animation artist for the vintage "Crazy Crow" cartoons. As the girls help her sort through old sketches and memories, they uncover a hidden world of forgotten art and quiet dignity.
