Larfleeze #12

Larfleeze looms large across this final New 52 issue, his wild mane blazing and that enormous, fang-filled grin practically leaping off the cover — both his glowing Orange Lantern ring and lantern clutched possessively as a cosmic backdrop of stars and planets spreads behind him. The cover tagline "The Face of Greed!" says it all, and Tyler Kirkham's pencils and inks render the universe's most ravenous being with visceral, crackling energy. Writers Keith Giffen and J. M. DeMatteis, joined by artist Scott Kolins, close out this series with "The Last Larf!" — a fitting title for a character who has always been equal parts menacing and magnificently absurd.
