Kalla kårar #3/1990
"Baklås!" delivers a darkly comedic twist on marital betrayal and unintended consequences, as Freda’s scheme to escape her husband Oscar’s care backfires in the most literal way possible. Written by Bill Gaines, Al Feldstein, and Johan Andreasson, with art by Jack Kamen and lettering by Johan Andreasson, this 1990 issue from Pingvinförlaget is a sharp, satirical take on greed and irony, all rendered with the crisp, expressive style that defines the era. The cover, by Al Feldstein, captures the story’s tense, ironic mood with its stark, dramatic composition.
