The annual Justice League of America/Justice Society of America get-together is interrupted by the arrival of five heroes from the past sent by the Lord of Time. The eight JLAers and JSAers who remain standing after the first attack head out to confront the time-tossed heroes, but find themselves overpowered. Meanwhile, in the far future, the Lord of Time roots for the super-heroes to regroup and defeat his agents.
