Justice League of America #158
In "The Super-Power of Negative Thinking!", the enigmatic Ultraa joins forces with Flash and Wonder Woman to stop the Injustice Gang, but his belief that heroes cause more harm than good leads him to strip the Justice League of their will to fight. Written by Gerry Conway and illustrated by Dick Dillin, with inks by Frank McLaughlin and colors by Gene D'Angelo, this 1978 issue explores the cost of doubt with a twist that challenges the very foundation of heroism. The cover by Rich Buckler and Frank Giacoia captures the tension of a team pushed to their limits.
