'Deathstroke' and Kasumi are given their assignment by the Blood Brothers. Joined by Wolfwood, they set out after Richard Atwa, a man some members of the JLE think would be better off dead. The Blood Brothers have gained intel that Atwa is in Changsha, a nation bordering Cambodia. The JLE are to ensure that the assassination attempt is unsuccessful and to avoid any loss of innocent life. Backed by the covert team, the supposed assassins enter Changsha, where they learn that the actual goal of the Blood Brothers' mission is total genocide, as a deterrent for further terrorist activity.
