Sheena rushes to aid her ailing friend Landon, only to discover that his overseer Morton and an accomplice have stolen a mysterious box of jewels meant for Landon's daughter. When Sheena and Bob set out to deliver the valuables to the Commissioner, they're trapped by the ruthless pearl-slaver Jacobs, who forces them and other captives into a deadly diving operation. The jungle queen must use her wits and survival skills to turn the tables on her captors and reclaim what was stolen.
