Jughead #349

The cover by Dan DeCarlo shows Jughead perched on a stool, happily munching a slice while a teacher points at his painting of smiling Pilgrims sharing pizza, prompting the delightful exchange: "That's inaccurate, Jughead! Puritans had no pizza and they seldom smiled!" to which Jughead cheerfully replies, "No wonder they seldom smiled!" A whole pizza sits conveniently nearby, suggesting Jughead came very well prepared for art class — and that his historical revisionism has its priorities exactly right.
