JSA: Classified #36

The cover of JSA: Classified #36 (May 2008) makes the story title "The Subtle Approach" delightfully ironic — Wildcat is crouched atop a speeding car's crumpling windshield, sending glass flying while the terrified driver behind the wheel gets a very up-close look at the JSA's resident brawler. Cover art by Sean Chen and Sandu Florea gives the scene real kinetic energy, framing Wildcat against a rain-slicked urban alley with all the grace of a wrecking ball in a cat suit. With B. Clay Moore writing and Ramón K. Pérez on interior art, this second chapter of "Forward Through the Past" looks like a punchy good time for fans of Ted Grant doing things the hard way.
