Part three of "The Fall and Rise of Vandal Savage" arrives in this 2006 entry in DC's JSA: Classified series, and Paul Gulacy's cover sets an atmosphere that's equal parts eerie and electrifying. Written by Stuart Moore with inks by Jimmy Palmiotti, this issue looks like a genuinely compelling chapter in a villain-driven arc that puts two of DC's most enduring characters at odds.
