JSA: All Stars #8
In "And Justice for All," the Justice Society of America reunites after their individual trials, only to face a shocking deception when the Spectre returns—prompting Nabu to warn Hector that something is amiss. Written by Geoff Johns and illustrated by Sal Velluto, with inks by Bob Almond and colors by John Kalisz and Heroic Age, this pivotal issue sees Legacy reveal his true identity as the Wizard, feeding on the team’s emotional chaos before the real Spectre, restored through Hawkgirl’s use of the Helm of Nabu, turns the tide. The cover, a striking collaboration by John Cassaday and Mark Lewis, captures the moment of revelation.

Once the members of the JSA regroup after their personal journeys, the Spectre returns to check on their progress. But Nabu convinces Hector that this Spectre is an imposter and Legacy reveals himself. Legacy reunites the newer members with the veteran JSAers and feeds off the psychic energy caused by all of their emotional turmoil, but Hawkgirl puts the Helm of Nabu on the real Spectre, who turns the JSA's psychic energy against Legacy, revealing that Legacy is actually the Wizard. The JSA attempts to subdue the Wizard until the Spectre sends him to Purgatory to face his own regrets and sins.
