Part of DC's 1986 Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event, this issue of Infinity, Inc. wastes no time announcing its threat — the cover boldly declares "Suddenly… It's Solomon Grundy!" as the pale, snarling undead brute looms large, crushing a green-skinned hero beneath his powerful grip. In the background, a winged figure and a red-suited hero rush toward the chaos against a backdrop of crumbling architecture. Todd McFarlane's cover pencils, inked by Tony de Zuniga, deliver a visceral sense of danger that makes this Crisis tie-in a compelling entry in the series from writer Roy Thomas.
