The Purple Man unleashes the Raft's violent ward inmates against Elektra and Shroud. Paladin and Gargoyle survey the damage caused by the Thing on Yancy Street and encounter Briedel, who is now the superhuman Monster and can shapeshift into whatever they most fear. Elektra and Shroud defeat the inmates, only for Elektra to fall under Purple Man's control; he orders her to kill the Shroud.
