Pinhead and the Night Breed raise Cabal from the dead, although he is now merged with Baphomet. Pinhead and Cabal-Baphomet lead the charge against Alastor and her Cenobites, and Peloquin is forced to kill Patty in order to kill the embryo and stop Alastor's plans. The Cenobites are dragged back to hell, but Peloquin manages to kill both Alastor and Chalkis.
