☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis collection continues the epic crossover between Clive Barker's Hellraiser and Nightbreed mythologies, pitting the monstrous Cabal against the Cenobites and their Leviathan-led hierarchy. Featuring Aaron Boone, Pinhead, and a host of otherworldly beings like Baphomet and Peloquin, the story delves deeper into the jihad that threatens both realms. Published by Marvel in 1991, this volume collects the second half of the limited series, bringing the conflict to a bloody, apocalyptic conclusion.
In "... So Below," Pinhead joins forces with the Night Breed to confront Alastor’s uprising, as a terrifying new Cenobite emerges from the embryo within Patty—a fusion of human, Night Breed, and Cenobite. With Cabal resurrected and fused with Baphomet, the tide turns in a brutal clash that forces Peloquin into an unthinkable choice. Written by D. G. Chichester and illustrated by Paul Johnson—whose dynamic art defines the issue’s grim, otherworldly tone—this pivotal chapter in the Hellraiser Nightbreed saga delivers escalating stakes and haunting visuals, all captured in a cover by Johnson that perfectly mirrors the story’s dark intensity.

Pinhead aligns himself with the Night Breed to fight back against Alastor's rebel Cenobites. Alastor creates a new Cenobite puzzle in the embryo inside Patty, which is a unique union of human, Night Breed (Peloquin), and Cenobite. Pinhead and the Night Breed raise Cabal from the dead, although he is now merged with Baphomet. Pinhead and Cabal-Baphomet lead the charge against Alastor and her Cenobites, and Peloquin is forced to kill Patty in order to kill the embryo and stop Alastor's plans. The Cenobites are dragged back to hell, but Peloquin manages to kill both Alastor and Chalkis.
