Wells's The Invisible Man opens with a striking cover by Christophe Regnault: a cloaked, bandaged figure in a tall top hat looms against a stormy sky, his dark goggles suggesting a hidden, unsettling presence as a snow-dusted town stretches across the rooftops below. The moody teal and ink palette gives the scene a genuinely eerie atmosphere that feels faithful to Wells's unsettling source material.
