Green Lantern #7
In "Deus Novus Viarum," Green Lantern #7 (2021) delivers a pivotal moment as John Stewart joins a high-stakes rescue mission, only to be pulled through time by Lonar into a long-lost chapter of Oan history—revealing a secret confrontation between a young Ganthet and the armies of Apokolips and New Genesis. Meanwhile, Jo and Simon find themselves caught in a tense standoff with the Thanagarians, who quickly shift from interrogators to those in need of protection when Keli’s true nature surfaces. Written by Geoffrey Thorne and illustrated by Tom Raney, Marco Santucci, and Andy Owens, with inks by Raney, Santucci, and Owens, and colors by Mike Atiyeh, the issue’s cover by Bernard Chang captures the intensity of the moment.
