Green Lantern #1
"Last Lanterns" marks the bold beginning of a new era for Green Lantern, introducing Sojourner Mullein as the sole remaining Green Lantern with a working ring after the Central Power Battery's catastrophic destruction. As John, stranded on a distant world facing an alien threat, battles visions and isolation, Sojourner takes up the mantle on a shattered Oa, launching a desperate mission to uncover the fate of her missing comrades. Written by Geoffrey Thorne and illustrated by Tom Raney and Marco Santucci, with colors by Michael Atiyeh and letters by Rob Leigh, the issue’s haunting tone is matched by Bernard Chang’s striking cover.
