The Blonde Bomber saves a girl from a nightclub owner's thugs, and the girl reveals she is Carmen, who worked at an El Marto-owned nightclub where she discovered evidence of the owner's shady dealings that threatened to expose him. The Blonde Bomber attempts to go to work the next day at the nightclub, but trouble arrives when the nightclub owner learns of her presence and tries to stop her. A separate story, "Army & Navy Laughs," depicts humorous military situations involving servicemen and their families, including exchanges about soap in food and a naval base trade.
