Colonel Krisp has captured Black Canary to force Green Arrow to kill the President, but Green Arrow double crosses him. Meanwhile, the two Green Lanterns are rescued from a neutron star by some aliens, who cure Hal Jordan's malady of the soul with a Telluratron, just in time for the two Green Lanterns to return to Earth, rescue Black Canary and help Green Arrow.
