Part of DC's 1995 "Underworld Unleashed" crossover event, this issue drops Green Arrow into what the story title "Gods and Tourists" promises to be a clash of worlds ancient and modern. The cover by Rodolfo Damaggio and Robert Campanella is a vivid, blood-red composition dominated by a massive, snarling bear-like creature — an arrow already piercing its flesh — rearing up against an Aztec calendar stone backdrop, with a spotted jaguar-print-clad figure caught in its grip.
