In "The Devil and the Dinosaur!", Godzilla and Devil Dinosaur face a tide of Lizard-Warriors as their numbers grow overwhelming. With help from Moon Boy, they trick the enemy into falling into the mysterious pits, but the resulting energy surge sends Godzilla hurtling through time and space—landing in downtown New York City just as the shrink gas wears off. Written by Doug Moench and brought to life with dynamic art by Herb Trimpe, inks by Jack Abel, and colors by Mario Sen, this 1979 Marvel classic features a cover by Trimpe and Abel that captures the chaos in full.
