Written by Doug Moench and brought to life with dynamic art by Herb Trimpe, this 1978 Marvel classic sees Godzilla unleash his atomic breath to defeat the beast, earning the Betans' respect and setting him on a collision course with Earth's defense when the Megan threat arrives.
