While S.H.I.E.L.D. is following Godzilla in the Behemoth, a underground atomic bomb test three months ago had sent underground radioactive shock waves all the way to Canada where it frees a Sasquatch frozen in ice in a cavern. The radiation causes the Sasquatch to mutate into a giant who heads south. He ultimately attacks the Behemoth by knocking it out of the sky with a giant boulder and begins to stalk Godzilla. Ultimately the monsters clash and fall into the Grand Canyon. Meanwhile Rob is able to take control of Red Ronin again and flies out to the Canyon to engage the monsters in battle.
