The cover by Sophie Campbell says everything with stark economy: against a blazing magenta void, a small but fierce Glory — white hair streaming, red-armored — faces down an enormous, looming dark mass that dwarfs her completely, its clawed form bleeding purple and black across the page. The scale contrast is genuinely unsettling, yet Glory holds her ground, which captures the tension of "War Torn: Part Three: Grand Guignol" beautifully. Joe Keatinge and Ross Campbell's 2013 revival continues to deliver this kind of visceral, painterly energy that makes Glory one of Image's most visually striking ongoing series of the era.
