From the 2019 Eisner Award winner for Best New Series comes a cover that's genuinely hard to shake: a towering shadow creature with glowing red eyes and a jagged crimson grin looms over an exposed ribcage crawling with insects, the entire image assembled — and partially dissolving — from interlocking puzzle pieces. Andrea Sorrentino's cover art, colored by Dave Stewart, makes the darkness feel tactile, like reality itself is being taken apart one piece at a time. With "The Eater of All Things" closing out the Pentoculus arc in this February 2020 issue, the title alone promises that Jeff Lemire's rural horror saga is arriving at something genuinely unsettling.
