A lone figure — hat on head, cane in hand — stands dwarfed before an overwhelming cosmic void in Andrea Sorrentino's haunting cover for this February 2019 issue, five smaller black orbs orbiting a massive central sphere while vivid, nebula-like colors blaze across the sky behind it. The title alone, "Did I Find You Or Did You Find Me?", hints at a deeply unsettling convergence between this solitary person and whatever vast, unknowable force surrounds them. Jeff Lemire, Sorrentino, and colorist Dave Stewart continue to craft one of Image's most atmospheric series, and this cover is a striking reminder of why Gideon Falls lingers long after you've set it down.
