Generation X #61
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThree figures in striking red-and-yellow costumes dominate this Terry Dodson and Rachel Dodson cover — two larger, flame-wreathed combatants lunge forward while a third hovers behind with energy crackling at her hands, the whole scene lit by a burst of fire at the bottom of the frame. It's a vivid, kinetic image that sets an appropriately heated tone for "Christmas Fear Part Two," suggesting the holiday season is anything but peaceful for the young mutants of Generation X. Jay Faerber and Kevin Sharpe's 2000 run continues to deliver on the book's promise of action and ensemble energy.

Generation X has their hands full battling Black Tom, Juggernaut and Mondo. Tom explains that the Mondo who used to be a member of their team was actually a clone and he has been raising and training the real Mondo every since Cordelia tried to betray him to the Hellfire Club (way back in the Generation X '95 annual). High in the Swiss Alps, M learns that the headmaster of her new boarding school is really a vampire.
