Cobra Commander wants to eliminate Destro, but the Joes know what's going on and try to save him, but fail when their Tomahawk chopper is hit by a HEAT-Viper's missile. The recently escaped Billy and Zartan come to Destro's aid via a stolen Cobra chopper, but the Commander captures the Baroness as a pawn for his plan and destroys Destro's castle in the process.
