Overlord uses Scarlett as leverage to trap Duke and Snake Eyes, but Scanner blows up himself and Overlord. Cobra Commander shoots Doctor Mindbender. The Joes attack the Cobra base in Badhikstan, destroying the outside forces then moving inside. The Commander activates the Tempest along the border. Jaye helps Mindbender deactivate it. Dela Eden attacks the Commander at his new base.
