Freddy accidentally breaks a Greek statue that his boss Mr. McHazy received as a gift, and desperately decides to cover himself in talcum powder and pose as the statue to hide the damage. When Mr. McHazy returns to the office and discovers the broken pieces, Freddy's clever disguise faces its ultimate test in this lighthearted tale of a teen caught between a rock and a hard place.

Margie spots the handsome hockey player Cliff and decides to impress him by showing off her hockey skills on the ice—drawing from experience she picked up playing with Canadian players. Her plan to catch his attention works, but not quite the way she expected, and the results leave her reconsidering her strategy to win him over.

Freddy plans the perfect night—taking Peggy to a masquerade party as a bum in his old attic clothes—but gets mistaken for a notorious criminal named Freddy da Fink by two mob goons who think he's hidden stolen loot.
