Four Color #941
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freePaul Murry's cover sets up a wonderfully chaotic scene: Pluto stands covered in tangled black fluff while Morty and Ferdie — one clutching a jar of glue, the other perched on a stool waving a tuft overhead — appear to be responsible for the whole fuzzy mess, with scissors nearby to complete the evidence. Dell's 1958 Walt Disney's Pluto (Four Color #941) pairs that delightful cover mischief with an interior story titled "Sweet Dreams," brought to life by artist Jack Bradbury. At a still-10¢ cover price, it's a warm snapshot of Disney comics at their most playful.
