“Picture Problems”

In "Picture Problems," Oswald and the boys head to Uncle Roscoe's cabin on Arrowhead Peak for a meteor shower, only to be visited by a mysterious spaceship from the planet Celester. When the alien visitors ask if Earth is a good place to take over, a simple misunderstanding over a pinch of pepper leads to an unexpected retreat—thanks to a cleverly delivered "powdered food" ruse. Fred Abranz handles both art and inks for the story, while John Carey provides the whimsical cover.
