“Presents for Skunks”

In "Presents for Skunks," Santa finds his old suit too tight, prompting Thimble the Tailor to craft a new one—only for two mice to suggest a sleek, space-age design. Mrs. Claus, unimpressed, sends Santa out in her altered version of the classic suit, leading to a holiday tailoring tale full of whimsy and unexpected style. Illustrated by Dan Gormley and featuring a cover by Mel Crawford, this 1954 Four Color comic delivers charm with a touch of futuristic flair.

Santa can't fit into his old suit, so he has Thimble the Tailor make him a new suit. Two mice advise Thimble that he should make Santa a modern, space-age suit. Mrs. Claus disapproves of the new suit and sends Santa out in his old suit, which she had altered to fit him.
