Penciled and inked by Lee Hooper, the story blends playful charm with a touch of the surreal as the duo leap through time to find Elmer—whose own journey takes him to a distant era where he’s surprisingly suited for a tuba solo. The cover, also by Hooper, captures the zany spirit of the tale with a vibrant, cartoonish flair.
