Ignatz gives Krazy a vase he finds in the dump. It is a magic vase and a genie appears. Krazy wishes to be smart and dazzles everyone with his intelligence. Unfortunately the pressure of people wanting his expert advice mounts and Krazy ends up wishing to be dumb again, and the genie returns him to his old self.
