“Sleeping on Saturday”

In "Sleeping on Saturday," Mort Walker delivers a classic slice of wartime slapstick as Sarge, fed up with Beetle’s laziness, straps him to a wheelbarrow full of sand and sends him careening down a hill. What follows is a chaotic, hilarious ride through military base and town, all drawn with Walker’s sharp eye for physical comedy and brought to life by his own pencils and inks, with Fred Rhoads handling the inks and lettering.
